Privacy policy

• Account: your mobile number, name and email, and a GSTIN and business name if you add them.
• Orders: delivery addresses, what you ordered, what you paid, and the invoice.
• Your bag: what is in your bag while you are signed in, so we can remind you about it.
• Payments: the payment reference and method from Razorpay. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Security: the IP address used to request a sign-in code, to stop misuse.

• To sign you in, take payment, deliver your order and issue the GST invoice the law requires.
• To send order and delivery updates by SMS, email and, if you agree at checkout, WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges and refunds.
• To remind you about a bag you left, at most a few times. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Only with the services that help us run the store, and only what each needs:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• MSG91, to send sign-in codes by SMS.
• Our email provider, to send order emails, invoices and, if you sign up, offers.
• Google Analytics, which sees how pages are used but not who you are.
• Our courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the data for us.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your bag and wishlist are kept in your browser so they survive a refresh. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful; it sets its own cookies and never receives your name, phone, email or address. We do not use advertising cookies.

Invoices and order records are kept for as long as GST and tax law requires, currently at least six years. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Sign-in codes are deleted soon after they expire.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. We will still keep the order and invoice records the law requires. Write to us from the contact details below and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
