Shipping policy

Across India, to any pincode our courier partners serve. Checkout checks your pincode and shows the expected delivery dates. We do not ship outside India yet.

• We pack and ship within 1 to 2 working days of your order, from VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat 395007.
• Metro cities: usually 2 to 3 days after shipping. Elsewhere: usually 4 to 6 days.
• Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays ship the next working day.

These are estimates. Weather, strikes or courier delays can add a day or two; we will tell you if your order is held up.

Your order page shows each step: placed, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. We also email each update to you, with the courier tracking link once it ships.

The courier may call the number on the order before delivering. If nobody is available, they try again, usually up to three times, before returning the parcel to us. If that happens we contact you to arrange delivery again or refund the order.

If the package looks opened or damaged, please refuse it or note it with the courier, and tell us within 48 hours with a photo.
