Refund, cancellation and exchange policy

You can cancel any time before we ship it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93271 17207 or email [email protected] with your order number. We refund the full amount.

Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can exchange it as described below.

• Ask within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the size you want.
• Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their tags and packaging.
• We arrange the pickup where our courier serves your pincode; otherwise we tell you where to send it.
• The first exchange on an order is free. If the size you want is out of stock, we refund that shirt instead.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the shirt and the package. We send the right shirt or a replacement at no cost, or refund it in full if you prefer.

Shirts that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and requests made after the 7-day window.

We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. It goes back to the same UPI account, card or bank account you paid with, and usually shows within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. If it has not arrived by then, write to us with the order number and we will send you the refund reference.
